1. Deep Excavation & Waste Removal
We remove the existing lawn and topsoil to a depth of at least 100mm. This is vital in Wexford, where heavy clay soil often traps water.
2. The Structural Sub-Base
We install a heavy-duty layer of compacted Type 1 Mot followed by a fine layer of Granite Dust. Unlike sand, granite dust doesn’t wash away over time, providing a rock-solid, porous foundation.
3. Commercial-Grade Weed Membrane
We install a heavy-duty geotextile membrane to prevent any organic growth from compromising your lawn while still allowing for 100% water permeability.
4. Premium 40mm+ Grass Selection
We only use high-density, multi-tone grasses with "C-Shape" fiber memory. This ensures the grass "springs back" after heavy use and looks indistinguishable from a perfectly manicured natural lawn.
5. Specialist Joining & Infill
We use industrial-grade seaming tape and high-strength adhesives for invisible joins. Finally, we apply a kiln-dried silica sand infill to weight the lawn down and protect the fibers, ensuring longevity and a natural feel underfoot.
